ALC GT – Aids fat loss not only by training but by sitting at home or work!
What is the difference between L-carnitine and its “young brother” Acetyl-L-Carnitine? (the functions of Acetyl-L-Carnitine were discovered in the last 15 years)
L-carnitine is a natural body fat burner, which has a function of breaking free the saturated fatty acids from the depot under skin called- CELLULITE and “transports” them to Mitochondria. There, these fatty acids get into unsaturated fatty acids, which are ready to be burned by the body, specially by the heart. The unsaturated fatty acids are the ONLY “fuel” of the heart, so they provide the normal function of the most working organ in the body.
Remember - L-carnitine is an old generation fat burner because it functions when the body moves or works out only. Here comes the difference between L-Carnitine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine. Acetyl-L-Carnitine burns the fats even when the body relaxes, when you work in the office, when you drive your car or even when you sleep. The third component is Chromium Picolinate. Its function is to increase the production of the hormone insulin. Insulin is responsible for the absorption of the carbohydrates.
Remember! Carbohydrates are the major food ingredient which makes the body get fat, NOT the fats.
The Green tea and Caffeine are the best diuretics that make the body discard the water under the skin.
